  • Battery Park City

    New York City, NY, USA

Hailed as “Best of the Decade” by Time Magazine, Battery Park City is a triumph of urban design and a success story of American urban redevelopment.

In his roles as Director of Architecture and Design, and Corporate Development Officer for the Battery Park City Authority, Thomas Kozlowski was instrumental in management, planning, design, development, and implementation of the 92-acre, mixed-use waterfront community in lower Manhattan, New York City, including the 8-million square foot World Financial Center. During Thomas Kozlowski’s tenure, and while working jointly with some of the multiple prominent developers, architects and artists in the US, Battery Park City received over 20 planning and design awards including the prestigious Institute Honors from the AIA.
