Brian Kuo

Brian Kuo is currently the Chief Executive Officer for EDGventures and General Manager of EDG China. In this capacity, he oversees business strategy, marketing, and project management for projects in the Asia-Pacific Region.

 

Brian has extensive experience in the development of real estate property development with specific knowledge regarding maximizing the value of entertainment assets through branding and IP alliances. Having forged relationships with key members in China’s entertainment industry, Brian also works as a liaison between EDGventures, investors/owners, and other allied entertainment companies and branded experiences. Brian also participates and speaks at entertainment industry gatherings and conferences on the next generation of resorts and tourism development.

 

Before joining EDG, Brian worked for Entertainment Properties Trust (www.eprkc.com) as investment consultant to China’s entertainment properties. Before that, he worked for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as real estate consultant, based in Taipei and then in Shanghai. Brian is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
