Colorful Guizhou Town is a regional strategy to promote tourism development of Guizhou Province through the creation of a tourism hub – a new town inspired by and providing an introduction to the diverse local culture and nature. Incorporating aspects of the locality and the life of the local minorities, the strategy maintains the integrity of the province’s historic and natural landscapes. EDG leadership was responsible for the vision plan, master plan, program, and feasibility study for the overall town consisting of a Culture Park, 35,000-sq m Festival Walk retail and entertainment zone, international conference center, creative industries, 6 related hotels, 0ver 10,000 residential units, Sky Link airport connection, and public park on over 300 hectares.
