        TaiNan

        Tainan City

Tainan City has the longest history and earliest cultural roots in Taiwan. Tainan, the ancient capital of Taiwan, is situated on the southwestern coast of the island and enjoys a warm climate year-round which makes it suitable as a major tourism destination

Like walking back in time, Tainan is the birthplace of Taiwan and the oldest city on the island. It was the political, economic and cultural center of the island up to the late 19th century. Because of its long history, Tainan is home to many famous historic sites due to its long history and cultural roots. In addition to its historic and cultural attractions, Tainan boasts an incredible natural landscape and well-known agricultural and fishery products and cuisine.

        Pegasus Land

Prime large scale, mostly untouched land that can be developed to capitalize on strong existing local tourism market. Existing Radio towers allow for iconic landmark repositioning.

        Background

Located near the city, Pegasus Land (Radio Taiwan International) is a short 10 minutes away from Taijiang National Park, 30 minutes from THSR Tainan Station, 50 minutes from THSR Zuouying Station, 60 minutes from Kaohsiung City and 70 minutes from the Kaohsiung International Airport. Already drawing in nearly 5 million tourists each year despite having a local population of less than 110,000, the Pegasus Land project aims to renovate the abandoned radio station into a creative leisure center for art and cultural activities.
