Background

 

Covering an area of 289,968.91 square meters, the AnNei Sugar Factory Film Park is poised to establish itself as a film industry base for southern Taiwan, drawing in global talent for new productions. With an estimated total investment of 164 million USD, the Film Park will stand as a base for visual, music and performing arts in addition to leisure, entertainment, general retail, catering and cultural performances. Coupled with supporting infrastructure such as hotels, clubs, guest houses and other related necessities the Ministry of Culture is actively working to select and develop cultural and creative projects for the area in order to maximize both appeal and land usage and expand upon existing attractions to grow global demand for the area.
