Whether it is for the purposes of developing resorts and entertainment districts, mixed or multi use zones, the development of individual entertainment venues, or the creation of strategies for new revenue opportunities, EDGventures looks to cover it all through our comprehensive process of managing planning and design at all levels.

Rather than imitating, EDGvenutres aims to innovate with the re-invention of tourism ideas, incorporating the latest technologies to create more innovative and immersive venues, bring in new events and attractions for guests, and focus on comprehensive strategies and support to maximize commercial success for everyone involved.
We are structured as a non-traditional real estate development company that is based on exploring the best ideas from a cross-section of industries and finding the synergies that give them even greater real estate value. EDG is itself a design-driven, vision-creating company that aggregates real estate, entertainment content, and revenue opportunities in new and more valuable forms.

When most people think of a developer role the first thing that comes to most people’s mind is someone who brings in project oversight and financing to make a project a success. As a “Development Curator and Partner” this role is taken to the next level – functioning not only as a stakeholder in projects, but also bringing in and overseeing investors, real estate developers, IP brands and operators with an incorporation of the latest technologies to create a more innovative and immersive tourism destination.
With the increasing blending of technology and Smart Tourism concepts utilized previously in theme parks now being applied to Smart City expansions the necessity of a Development Curator and Partner is now more than ever before. By bridging specialists from multiple industries into one cohesive vision, developments never before thought possible can be achieved on scales many people have thought untenable.
A History of Success
EDG’s Thomas Kozlowski isn’t just working towards a greater future with EDGventures but has a strong history with developing successes in the past. In his roles of Architecture and Design and Corporate Development Officer for the Battery Park City Authority, Thomas Kozlowski was instrumental in the management, planning, design, development, and implementation of the 92-acre mixed-use waterfront community in lower Manhattan, New York City known as Battery Park City – a development hailed as “Best of the Decade” by Time Magazine in 1990.
What Projects Lie Ahead?
Working with government bodies and owners, EDGventures is looking to apply its expertise in blending technology with developmental standards to the Asia Region as a whole. Within mainland China EDGventures has already been engaged in active destination reinvention of historic sites to both preserve existing architecture while implementing new developments to improve guest engagement while preventing further erosion of existing areas. This blending of ancient design with modern expansion helps create true culturally integrated resort and leisure destinations.
On the new development front, EDGventures is signing a series of cooperative agreements with government entities to manage and coordinate some of the most engaging next generation destinations to date. Merging government groups, SOEs and private enterprises into true new age developments, EDGventures will be working from the ground up to build the latest technical infrastructure into groundbreaking new entertainment programs and push industry innovation and new standard setting both within China and across the Asia region as a whole.
